John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Anastasia, I would wear warm boots, typically snow boots or snowboard boots as the dome is -5 degrees and you are walking on real snow. You can hire clothing and boots for the family for the Santa visit for $10 per family if needed

There are plenty of time-slots available but naturally some will get booked out. As such, there are no refunds on this if your first time-slot is fully booked

William Peroche commented over 8 years ago. @Grabone, I think that is the issue. We can't book or reserve the time unless we purchase first. And if already purchased, then that time is already not available, then we are stuck. We can't refund it anymore. Then will be a waste of money.

Hi Robin, you always have the option of calling Snowplanet direct and purchasing non-discounted tickets that are for time-slots all the way up to Xmas Eve. That way when you call us you get to discuss and book your slot and pay at the same time. Discounted tickets are discounted for a reason and there are still heaps of slots left up until the 11th but clearly many of the prime slots are taken. Please be assured we are not selling more tickets than what we have time-slots
Crystal Mana-Daniel commented over 8 years ago. Can I just take in the coupon numbers as proof to enter or do i need to download the papers and present it? Is there other ways or showing proof of vouchers besides using the print outs?
John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Crystal, all we need is the coupon numbers as that is what gets redeemed in our system. If you write them down wrong and they don't match in our system then we will have no proof of what you bought, so to be safe I'd bring them with you
