Fiona Onrust commented over 8 years ago. Should I only buy the ticket for kids? Or adult need to buy too?
Susana Tomaz commented over 8 years ago. Do I need to buy a ticket for the adult and child, do 2 years old pay?
Susana Tomaz commented over 8 years ago. Is there a restriction on the times it can be used?
Helen Smith commented over 8 years ago. I have a two year old and 3 month old baby, I understand each adult and child needs a ticket but do I need to buy one for the baby who won't be drinking the hot choc or going tubing? Thanks
John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Meixian, yes you do need to buy one for kids that age
John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Jenni, yes you do for a two year old
John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Susana, yes a 2 year old needs to pay
John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Susana, the restriction is that you will need to phone to book your visit as we want for people to be able to experience their Santa visit without having to queue or wait for hours
John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Helen, you do need to pay for your two year old but kids under 12 months are free as like you say they can hardly go tubing, have the lollipop or enjoy the hot chocolate
Natalie Randall commented over 8 years ago. We have a 1 year old and I don't want to go tubing just a Santa photo with her sister (10 yr old) and my partner. I have bought 1 ticket for 10 yr old do I need to buy another for us adults? Or 2 for each adult? As I won't be tubing just want to be in photo.
Lucinda Hendricks commented over 8 years ago. Is this only valid until 11 December, as per the website Santa will be there until 24 December, any chance we can ring to book for 12 December?
John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Natalie, the pricing is per person regardless of what choices each individual wants. It is free for kids under 12 months
John from Snowplanet commented over 8 years ago. Hi Lucinda, that is correct, Santa is there till Christmas Eve but this special deal is only valid for visits up to 11th December. If you want to visit after 11th December please visit our website for standard Santa pricing - http://snowplanet.co.nz/christmas/visit-santa/
Vai Fai commented over 8 years ago. Hi there
I'm 8 months pregnant... will I be able to go into the castle too, and if not, would I be able to see them tubing? I'm not sure whether I should buy a ticket for myself?
Anjali Shah commented over 8 years ago. Hi,
How many tickets do i need to buy for 1x4 year old and 2 x adults ?

Many Thanks,
Fiona Chamberlain commented over 8 years ago. So each adult that takes children in also needs to purchase a ticket? So even though my kids can't go in on there own we have to buy tickets? We have 3 small children so would be 5 tickets at $9 each so total of $45?
Francia Tolson commented over 8 years ago. Hi Everyone,
John from Snowplanet will be back as soon as possible to answer your questions :)
Julie from Jewel Photography commented over 8 years ago. Do adults 'chaperoning' children need to purchase a ticket ?
