Margaret Alldred commented over 10 years ago. I only need the ground sheet - do you do this??? I just had the property inspected by Auck Council and although I have had insulation done in ceiling and underfloor he said the provider should have included a ground sheet under floor - do you do this? My house is the right age and my tenants have community service cards for kids with breathing issues and as a responsible landlord just want to fix it for them - thanks Margaret
