You would need to apply and have your community servives card available to view when we come to do the assessment as this is one of the main criteria. Angela Rochelle commented over 10 years ago. Hi there, we tick all the boxes. But we already have ceiling insulation put in 8 years ago. We had someone come to the door insisting that it needed a top-up for a certain cost.
Under the deal, can we get someone to check/top up if necessary the ceiling?
