Michelle Ryan commented over 10 years ago. Hi. I see that you have an additional $20 charge for long hair. What length do you consider to be "long". My hair is just past shoulder length - would that incur an additional charge? Thanks!

Although if your hair is also thick and sitting on your shoulders, it can also take additional product to colour it - incurring an extra charge. Regards Colleen

In some cases your hair can be just sitting on your shoulders but quite thick, so that also can incur an extra charge.
