I would recommend booking in for a free 15 minute consultation so a stylist can assess your hair and advise on the result you could realistically expect. I would say that this is a web browser issue! Please clear the cache/cookies of your current browser, make sure that your Flash Player is also up to date, and then try again!

Alternatively, you can even try process this payment in a different browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.. Even Internet Explorer as a last resort!
