Aromatherapy Massage with Individual Aromatherapy Prescription –$40

• Includes: a consultation, an aromatic steam inhalation and a 60 minute full body massage including face/head massage.
• Massage techniques are used to influence the autonomic nervous system on the back, legs, head, face, neck, feet and abdomen with a tailored formulation of essential oils

Jin Shin Jyutsu Treatment incl. Foot Massage – $40

• Includes: a brief consultation, a 35 minute treatment and a 20 minute foot massage
• Each session is very gentle and non-intrusive and tailor made to the needs of the individual 

Prenatal Massage (from second trimester) – $40

• Includes: a consultation, a 50 minute side lying relaxation massage using supportive cusions and specific oils blend suited for mums and baby
• Aimed to releive the normal discomforts associated with pregnancy such as back ache, stiff neck, leg cramps, headache and sinus congestion, oedema and swollen ankles and feet
