This winter with your help the City Mission will provide:

56,709 hot drinks at our Homeless Community Drop-in Centre
2,733 emergency food parcels to families and individuals, which will provide 101,196 meals for these families
2,370 medical consultations to low income families and the Homeless
568 homeless outreach contacts that offer support and practical assistance to rough sleepers

How the campaign supports the Mission’s work:

Every day is difficult for Aucklanders living in desperate need. They face a constant struggle to provide for their families; they sleep on the streets or in cars; they are isolated and vulnerable; and face health and addiction issues. The winter months bring additional hardship to these people as they become sick and their costs escalate, leaving even less money for food or medical costs. Your support ensures that the Mission can provide practical assistance and support for people in this situation. At the same time, they're also committed to addressing the larger issues those they work with face, enabling them to have the opportunity to move forward and fully participate in the community.

Good news:
