The wash includes house walls/siding including outside gutters, soffits/eaves, windows and base - it excludes cleaning of roof, decks, inside of gutters, pathways, balustrades & driveways unless otherwise specified

Just please bear in mind also that the max vertical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof unless arranged before the job commences,
