Yes , we do cover lower hutt. 3 Room deal covers 2 bedroom+ lounge. Hallway is carpeted? Dining + hallway can be extra room. 4 room deal will cover whole area. Stain removal depend on the age and pre treatment applied on to the stain. we will never guarantee 100% removal for aged and pre treated stain.
