James Elliott commented over 5 years ago. What does it mean that the photographer retains copyright? Can I use the photo on my website?

Sorry, James for your long wait, we were closed due to the holiday season. Yes, you can use the photos for your website and we retain the copyright. If you want to use it for commercial purposes we have to know which one and we can discuss pricing accordingly.
James Elliott commented over 5 years ago. Thanks Peter. It's a business website. Does that count as commercial use. I'm not quite clear what you mean
Peter from Flair Studios/ Project Bloom commented over 5 years ago. Hi James, that is okay. It counts more for people who are doing a photoshoot with us and they might sell those photos to a big brand, like Nike and they are using it for advertisement purposes. You would be fine.
