my partner is an avid fisherman, do you recommend the in-harbour fishing trip or is the 6 hour south coast a better chance to catch more fish?

I was thinking of buying a voucher as a present for a birthday in mid April, noting that it expires 11 May and thinking that would be plenty of time for the recipient to use it. However, when I click through to the Pete Lamb website it says fishing trips are "unavailable from 26 April until 25 May". Does the fishing trip only need to be booked by 11 May or the trip actually taken by 11 May? If it is the latter, the expiry is really 26 April as it can't be used after that date...
