Thanks. Stain removal depends on the age and pre treatment applied on to the stain. Aged stain leaves permanent mark on the carpet. We never guarantee 100% stain removal at first.

If hallway is quite small or less than 5 sqm, We will do in the 4 room deal. Anything bigger will be counted as another room.

Yes, we do . Unfortunately, Commercial sites not covered under this deal. We charge $3.45 + gst per sqm for commercial site. $100 extra if you need drying as well.
