Hi Campbell - It is bit tricky to say exactly which items/dishes on the lunch buffet are gluten free considering the menu changes on daily basis. However, definitely “Grill of the Day” on the live cooking section i.e. Fish or Steak, one of soup (out of two, seafood salads and make your own salad is gluten free. On Dessert section, fruits salad & ice creams are gluten free and also some of the cheeses. If you are planning to dine on Sunday than Roast will be GF too. In the buffet, all the food labels are marked with dietary such as Veg, GF, DF, etc. In case you are planning to make a group booking, for the Grab One promotion the max no. of people each table/bookings are no more than 10pax.
