Yes, the technicians spray the exterior unit as well to also protect against insects.

A lot of people aren't aware of the damage that an insect such as a cockroach can cause. We have one client that gets us to do his unit every 6 months due to a cockroach costing him the price of a new heat pump as it wasn't covered under the warranty.

1: I have 2 heat pumps are they $69 each ?
2: I live in Newlands 14.5km from Queensgate is the $2.95 x 4.5km travel
= $13.27 ?
3: One condenser is on a first floor wall on an inclined roof, so will
require a ladder to access, does this cause a problem ?

Yes, they would only be only $69 each.

There is no travel charge. The travel charge only applies for people living in the Upper Hutt area.

As long as the ladder can be put on level ground and you mention it when making the booking, it won't be an issue.
