Jenni Foster commented about 1 year ago. Hello. Are these bikes suitable for doing the Forest loop track ? Or are there tracks you recommend for them. Excited !!
Louise from GrabOne commented about 1 year ago. Hi Jenni, thanks for your discussion board post! The team at Whakarewarewa The Living Maori Village will be online shortly to assist here. Frankie from Whakarewarewa The Living Maori Village commented about 1 year ago. Hi Jenni,

Thanks for your question!
The explorer bikes are perfect for the Whakarewarewa E-bike Trail - this is a scenic gravel trail around exclusive trail built especially for these bikes - there are marvellous geothermal wonders along the way, bubbling mud and bridges to cross. We also recommend the likes of the "Mokopuna" Trail at the base of the Redwoods Forest, and the "Sulphur Point" trail for the longer ride options. This type of riding is graded level 2. This is our suggestion however you are free to ride where you like with the hire.

We hope to see you soon!

Kind regards,

Frankie @ Electric Bike Rotorua

Colin Upchurch commented about 1 year ago. What is an explorer bike? Is it a mountain bike? Is it an upright pavement cruiser? Can you please describe fully this type of bike and its design, features and fittings. Also maybe a picture of one would help too.
