Saw the comment regarding the face to face appointment - would these appointments be avaliable later in the afternoon or weekends to allow for travelling into Hamilton? Also would updates and communication be ok through emails?

Yes we do allow early morning, late night, and weekend appointments. We will do full updates within your follow-up appointments, but you're more than welcome to send through any problems/questions via email at any time :)
