Joanne Morris commented over 5 years ago. I am warning people to not buy this deal. I went and got this service and have walked away absolutely fuming!!!! The premises is terrible and not clean. I asked for blonde and red streaks and ended up getting a pink mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
