As Goodnest have stated, unfortunately your location is not currently within their area of service as it is over 20km from Hamilton city centre and the max as per terms and conditions is 15km. They hope to have cleaners out your way soon!

Brandee from Goodnest Hamilton commented over 10 years ago. Hi Dahna, our experience has shown us that end of tenancy cleans are much more in depth than one would think, hence for a deep clean we recommend allocating a minimum of two hours per room.

Our cleaners are instructed to do a spot assessment when they first arrive at a property and if they don't believe they can complete the job within the specified time they're required to call us.

Also, keep in mind our cleaners are contractors and manage their own schedules so when a job is booked cleaners can apply to take it. For this reason, we cannot 100% guarantee specific dates are available until the clean is booked with a cleaner assigned.

Unfortunately we don't provide ceiling cleaning, exterior window cleaning, carpet cleaning, or excessive mold clean up, garage or outdoor cleaning.

There is one voucher per household, so if you bought one last year that's fine, but for the current deal there is a max of one.

Is it possible for someone from Goodnest to contact me? As soon as I bought the voucher on Grabone I booked in for a clean for Tues 10th March only to be told a day before no one was available. I have been trying to email and call Goodnest to book a clean for this week but no reply. If I am not able to get someone in by this weekend am I able to get a refund if needed?

You can choose where you want cleaners to spend their time, but Goodnest do recommend 2 hours per room for a deep clean including walls. If you are not requiring the walls to be cleaned then this should be enough time.
