This gym has offered 6 free sessions in the past. If I have used those, does that mean I am no longer a new customer? I have not signed up to the gym before.

You are welcome to come and try a free kids bootcamp session to make sure your child likes it before comitting to anything. You are welcome to watch or have a complimentary gym session while it is on. Cheers
