Dave Smart commented over 9 years ago. Hi Takako, bringing coupon on phone is absolutely fine.
kathrynmclauchlan@yahoo.co.nz commented over 9 years ago. Hi, can this deal be used in conjunction with the entertainment book? Thanks
Dave Smart commented over 9 years ago. Hi Kathryn, the entertainment book deal is one free entry with a *full paying adult* so is separate. If you had 3 adults, one had an entertainment book voucher so got in free, the second adult paid full price and then the third adult came in with a grabone - that would work fine of course!
P Y Poon commented over 9 years ago. The deal for the Hamilton Zoo is NZD11. What about the deal for a child? The official price is NZD10. only.
P Y Poon commented over 9 years ago. Further to my question above, if I have 2 adults and a child (age 10) visiting the zoo, the most economic way is to buy 2 tickets from grabone and buy the child ticket on $10 when I get there. Is that correct?
Dave Smart commented over 9 years ago. Hi Simon, yes this GrabOne deal is only for adult entry. You are correct, the cheapest way for two adults and a child to enter is two $11 Grab Ones and a normal priced ($10) child. That will have you in the Zoo for $32. Normally that would be $54.
P Y Poon commented over 9 years ago. Very clear, thanks Dave.
Emma from GrabOne commented over 9 years ago. Thanks for the info Dave :)

Keep the questions coming for this great deal everyone! :)
Rochelle Sutton commented over 9 years ago. Can you use these in the school holidays?
Dave Smart commented over 9 years ago. Hi Rochelle, of course!
april smith commented over 9 years ago. Hi was just wondering about the child admission. My sons nearly three like next week. Do I need to bring a birth certificate or something to prove hes two still?
Dave Smart commented over 9 years ago. Hi April, you'll be fine. Just bring your child and your smile and let our reception team know that your child is 2, turning 3 next week. Oh, and happy birthday. :)
Giselle Kilburn commented over 9 years ago. What age does a child turn into an adult?
Dave Smart commented over 9 years ago. Hi Giselle, child rates are 3-15. So if a 16yo wants entry, they will generally (but not in all cases) be still at school so will have a student ID card of some description. If a 16yo does not have some sort of student ID, or other ID (community services card for instance) they will be classed as adult.
Dave Smart commented over 9 years ago. Hi Giselle, also, to clarify, child entry is $10, student entry/beneficiary/senior citizen is $16, adult normally $22. If a student/beneficiary/senior citizen bought one of these Grabone tickets, that would still be a $5 saving, so worth it. :)
