Hi I just went on your website to make a booking with my Grabone code number and went through the details but it still ask for a $70 payment for a 3 hour clean which is what my voucher is for...3 hours for the $45 grabone voucher...so why is it trying to charge me even with my voucher code...I couldn't finish my booking. please respond I can't find any phone number on your website to talk to someone about this either.

I google mapped my house number to tauranga library (Tauranga CBD) and its 12km driving which falls under the 15km distance. I also went on your site to find this information and went all the way through a booking to the CC details it didn't advise me that my address on minden is not valid service area.
