Yes we can transfer the fixed term to the new address for you. No cancellation fee will apply if you move addresses, as long as you remain a Genesis Energy customer for the length of the term (12 months).

In order to be eligible for the deal, a new Genesis Energy residential customer is defined as one that has not been a customer of Genesis Energy within the past 3 months for electricity.

The first month free is up to $250. As an example if your invoice is $150 you will only receive the $150 credit towards your account, effectively making your first month free.

In order to be eligible for the deal you need to be a new customer to Genesis Energy. If you are an exisiting customer and moving properties, this makes you an exisiting customer.
