Ramona Murphy commented over 5 years ago. Hi. Very interested in your offer. Can I ask a few questions please.
1. Does the Heat Pump need a PowerPoint of its own (Cord plugged into socket) or can it be tapped into existing wiring of a PowerPoint already in use?
2. Do the doors have to be closed constantly for the pump to be effective? (Smaller lounge with doors, but mainly left open.)
3. How long to install?
4. When can you install?
5. Do they come with regular remotes?
6. Are they capable of handling Rotorua conditions?
7. Do you have Senior Citizens discount?

-The heat pump gets hard wired into a suitable power point, it has no leads or plugged in.
-Install generally takes 2-3hours, and we have a install time frame of within 1 week currently
- The units come with a standard remote (similar to a TV remote) they are user friendly and simple to operate
- The units are suited to Rotorua and advise on the sulphur treatment required once we know a little more about where you live and the environment you live in
- We do offer senior citizen rates normally but these deals are below the rate we normally discount too, these are great prices!
- With regards to your lounge it would be advised we come to check out your lounge setup and advise you what size unit to purchase
