John Taylor commented over 5 years ago. Ok so I just bought 2 of these for my daughter to use to take her little boy along - I thought it'd be nice to have it pre-paid and she can just go when it suits. However, on the voucher it says it expires in 5 DAYS!!!
That's 5 days to use the vouchers, then they expire!
Sure, one should read the fine print, but 5 days? Grabone sent me the email with that deal at 5:51pm today, and the expiry date is so close there's no way it should have been omitted from the main description as it's a very significant limitation on the deal. I would suggest it is quite misleading to have such a time limitation and not state that fact VERY clearly.
I would like to organise a refund please, as there's no way we will be able to use these vouchers in the next 5 days, and I would suggest that GrabOne is somewhat more vigilant in the selling of vouchers that have such a short life.
Sorry to rant, but I'm somewhat aghast!
