Sorry about the trouble you're having redeeming your coupon. Here's the process you'll need to follow:

1. First visit this link: osm.nz/grabone
2. Then you will need to add A single OSM Snack Bar pack product to your cart
3. Free shipping only applies to NZ addresses
4. To stop people ordering multiple quantities with a single coupon you can only redeem a single coupon on a single product at a time.

Wendy Jones commented over 8 years ago. This does not work for me either. I purchased five coupons, but only one coupon has been accepted, the other ones comes up "that coupon does not exist" When I proceed to the checkout, I am being charged $7.45 for one pack - plus postage.
Can I please be refunded, this is an absolute waste of time.

The two OSM bars you will receive in the postcard pack are our new Snack Bars, which are 60g each and slightly narrower than the ones in the 6 bite pack.

Hi- I followed the link and ordered- What i thought was right- but now I see on the grabone page there is different flavours listed then the ones that I choose from on the OSM website. Not quite sure If I have ordered right or wrong.. I brought 5 and the vouchers all went through.Can someone advise me if it have done it right or wrong? Thanks

Does this mean they are out of stock or false advertising? There is no option to choose Almond and Vanilla or Cranberry with Blackcurrant

Coupons must redeemed one at a time to stop multiple items being purchased with a single coupon. Here is the workflow:

The flavour combinations available are:
1x Chocolate with Manuka Honey bar and 1x Cranberry with Blackcurrant bar in a pack.
1x Apricot with Manuka Honey bar and 1x Cranberry with Blackcurrant bar in a pack.
1x Apricot with with Manuka Honey bar and 1x Almond with Vanilla bar in a pack.
1x Chocolate with Manuka Honey bar and 1x Apricot with Manuka honey bar in a pack.

As we sell out flavours will be removed.
