mika cates commented over 4 years ago. Hey, it said" Limit: 1 per user and 2 as gift for others". however, can't purchase more than 1 as gift. How come?

We've had a look and it does seem like the deal is allowing us to purchase two as gifts.

You may get an error message when adding it to your cart, but if you scroll down you should still be able to complete the second gift purchase.
