Hi Abbie, the price includes windows inside and out, we do clean up after ourselves so will remove any excess water from sills etc, however to clean the frames is an extra service we provide but obviously comes at an extra cost, please feel free to contact us on 02102342524 to discuss further if you like, thanks and have a great day
