The safest way to ensure you see delivery is to list an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel during business hours. Many thanks
Nadine Valentine commented over 9 years ago. I just bought one of theses for my mum for Xmas but it's saying it won't get delivered till 29th December! Any way to guarantee delivery before Xmas?
Melinda van Meygaarden commented over 9 years ago. Hi Nadine, our system sends out a confirmation email of each purchase, and automatically generates a delivery date for your purchase. The delivery date is calculated on the end date of the deal PLUS the delivery timeframe in days. Please rest assured, your purchase will be shipped with the intention of being delivered within 14 days of purchasing. The disclaimer about not guaranteeing Christmas delivery is because we just simply can't promise it because of the delays that sometimes do happen around this time of year :) We're working to update that email :) Apologies for any confusion caused by this situation.
