Hi Rebekah, we have products that can help extend your tan that you apply each day, you can also use different after care to help to stop the tan fading when swimming like using a waterproof sunscreen to act like a barrier to help stop fading. There is an easy to use online booking system in place on beautylishus.co.nz and fb, which has been in place for 2 years, so there is no need to talk to someone to make a booking, as well as txt to book if you cannot get threw on phone. Are you sure you are thinking of the right company? It is very unlikely that grabone would have done nothing if you had made a complaint. We pride our selves on honouring all vouchers and at times when we dont have too. If you want to sort it you are more than welcome to contact us, as we have had no one talk to us about this issue. If you have proof of purchase, and proof of contact to grabone we are more than happy to honour it. Can you please email a copy of the voucher to beautylishus@outlook.co.nz, and will check with grabone on their records of contact, they said there has been no contact to them from you, but if your partner purchased we can get details from them about contact. We have had no contact from anyone who said they couldnt get hold of us to be able to use their voucher. Grabone and us are more than happy to sort it for you if you have the voucher code or name that bought it then they can pull up any details of contact that you made to them its really easy to sort it out. If you paid for it you may as well use it! We are here anytime to sort it. We are not saying ut didnt happen, we are more than happy to sort it! We cant just give away free tans we just need proof of purchase and contact and we are more than happy to honour it. :)
