Rachael Mckenzie commented over 3 years ago. Hi there - just wondering if this includes bleaching hair first in order to get preferred colour? Or would this be an extra cost? I couldnt see anything about that in the package - just wanted clarification as i have virgin brown hair atm and would gather i need to have my natural hair colour lifted in order to get a vibrant colour like in your pics?
