brigid makasini commented over 5 years ago. I have purchased this deal, and when ordering does not accept the grab one voucher number, am not sure what I am meant to put in for the code. Please advise

Just to confirm that you need to make sure that you are adding the 'Combo deal' to your cart, then selecting your salad or wrap and mini TANK juice.

If you add the items to your cart on their own, without selecting Combo deal first, the vouchers will not be applied.

I've had a look and there is a section labelled Note/Instructions where you can add any requests prior to placing your order. If you want to make doubly sure, you can also give your local store a call before placing your order :)

Christie Ahn commented over 5 years ago. Hi there, I just tried to use it for Victoria St West (Auckland) store but can't find the store in the online ordering system.. I alreaady bought 4 vouchers. Could you please check with Tank that I cannot order online for this store? Thought it was weird as most of other stores in city central provides online ordering.

Briar McGowan commented over 5 years ago. Why the heck are 5 of the 6 stores in the bay of plenty not eligible for this deal? Hardly seems fair really, almost bought a bunch but definitely won't now and the Tauranga store is not handy at all.

Deals that run on site do have certain branches/locations excluded for various reasons from time to time.

We are sorry that your preferred locations are not on offer on this occasion. We are just getting a little more information from the TANK Team now on this, but there are always future promotions that may run with different stores included, so keep an eye out for these as well :)
