Pole fitness is essentially cardio pole where it's a group fitness interval training class using the pole to increase range of movement and reps. It caters to people who wish to get a full body workout without learning pole dance.
Pole intro is a basic introductory class to pole dancing and you would be learning a pole moves and spins. Thanks, Val
