Marie Prangnell commented over 5 years ago. They have a separate menu for grab one so dont think you can choose anything off menu like they used to let you as now your presented with a separate menu for the grab one deals and theres roughly 5 things to choose from

Phillip Punton commented over 5 years ago. Thanks Marie. I rung them before purchasing and they said we could order any of the main meals on the menu including the grills. When we arrived we were give the special Grab One menu but disputed this and they honored the full menu. Doesn't mention anywhere in the T'c & C's about the special limited Grab One menu which was pretty limited and even a couple of those options had run out by 6pm!

Marie Prangnell commented over 5 years ago. Yes its definitely wrong as it should be stated. But have contacted grab one and they seem to think theres nothing wrong with it. Yet I eat chicken n there was no chicken on the special they made up so bit of false advertising in my opinion

Hello we purchased this as it said Tuesday lunch and a midweek lunch with my partner who has tuesday off would be great however its been closed tuesdays as they dont answer the phone we actually drove down there last week and there was someone there and said they dont open till 4pm ?
can I get my money back?

Fiona Lucas commented over 5 years ago. Got this deal a couple of months ago and contacted them before purchasing to check which meals were included. They didn't take my phone number when I booked and after the waitress started taking our order she listed a whole lot of meals that we couldn't have and said we should have had a phone call to tell us about this. Consequently we were left with a very limited choice of less than half of what was on the menu. We had a group of ten including two small children. The children received their meals almost an hour before the adults did and we were never offered the dessert menu or a second drink. Whilst the meals we did get were nice, overall it was a very disappointing evening out.
