About the Letter of Recommended Sum Insured Valuation:

The Letter of Recommended Sum Insured Valuation covers up to three bedroom homes, and studies count as rooms. Additional bedrooms and studies will be charged at $165 per room. The Letter of Recommended Sum Insured Valuation is not suitable for homes on hill sites or with retaining walls, for character homes, or for homes that are architecturally designed. We reserve the right to refund your voucher if the Letter of Recommended Sum Insured Valuation is not suitable for your home, or we can use your voucher towards an upgrade to a Comprehensive Sum Insured Valuation report.
