I have bought aThere 3-hour coupon with one oven cleaning, I print the coupon and go to your company website, and inputs the code, the screens shows the code applies, but when I book it, there are number of bedroom and bathroom, I cannot make choice , I don't know what happened, anyone who can support it?

Brandee from Goodnest Christchurch commented over 10 years ago. Hi Katrina, you can add on a inside cabinets and interior window clean on when booking at our website. These tasks would costs an extra $30 each. Or, you can choose to dedicate some of your hours to these tasks (1.5 hours each).

As per the terms and conditions on the voucher- Goodnests booking system does require a credit card to be entered for security purposes. When you book your clean it will take off the voucher and as long as you haven't added additional items such as windows or a fridge clean, your credit card will not be charged. You will also receive several prompts- so you won't accidentally go over!

Sammy Burnett commented over 10 years ago. Hi, I live in a very small self contained unit, the time frames that are given I think will be too much for my wee place. For example if I put in 1 bedroom and one bathroom with cabinets and fridge cleaned it comes up with 4 hours needed (I have had this same job done in two hours beause of the size of my house). What happens if I book in for 4 hours and they are finished the jobs in less time?
