Tedge Memelink commented over 4 years ago. Is the "25 to 45" age range just a suggestion, or can women outside that age range attend? In the conditions it says Minimum age for purchase is 18 years old.I would love to attend, get fit, lose weight, but am older than 45. Is that ok?
