Becca Nixon commented over 7 years ago. hi, I'd like to know why in the conditions there is "GrabOne voucher number must be quoted when booking or present it on arrival"? Why is this necessary? It would lead me to believe that what I order might be of a different quality to what someone not using a grab one voucher receives. Surely my grab one voucher is my valid form of payment and shouldnt need to be disclosed in advance.
Emma from GrabOne commented over 7 years ago. Hey Becca! That's just a standard clause on all our deals to mention the GrabOne voucher when booking. Sometimes it's listed in the conditions, and sometimes just on the vouchers themselves once you've grabbed the deal.

It's to ensure that the merchant checks and can redeem the voucher all ok prior to your booking, just in case there are any issues with the voucher at all :)

We can assure you that GrabOne customers are treated just as fabulously as all others at Affogato Cafe :)
