I can-not gather what your question regarding our promotion deal for 2x hp clean on GrabOne has anything to do with the Climate control of NZ. This entity looks at the environmental issues and innovations . Can you Please elaborate more regarding your question.Regarding you query are we endorsed ?? We are aligned to 4 major local heat pump companies that cover all range ie Fujitsu Mitsubishi Daikin Panasonic etc that endorse our work.

There is a section Recommended Regular Maintenance at the link I gave you earlier www.ccca.org.nz/consumers/ it'd be great to get feedback in relation to which of the tasks at that link are inlcuded in a regular service

Our primary role first and foremost in our 12 years of operation is providing a professional heat pump cleaning service ( not with a brush,vacuum or compressor) and preventative maintenance check to our customers . As explained we are aligned to 4 heat pump companies that we can call on to give technical advice to the customer should the need arise. For many consumers we have spoken too,simply do-not realise that should their indoor heat pump or outside unit fail or breakdown because of a want of a clean or professional heat pump clean the warranty is invalid.
