Hi there, If you had a clean done back in January, you need not to go for another one before Teeth Whitening unless you have a lot of build up around the teeth which can be diagnosed at the time of your appointment. Our Teeth Whitening takes around 45 min to an hour. Its hard to tell how many shades lighter your teeth can get as the results vary for everyone depending on various factors like age, oral hygiene etc. But we use a high percentage gel to whiten your teeth so the results are usually good.
