Also would someone be available tomorrow. Moving out today so it will be clear tomorrow. New tenants moving Saturday so would need to be dry. Thoughts?

Sorry for late reply, but we fully booked out this week cant help you today.
It usually takes 3-4 hours depending on the weather to dry.
