We entered and no one was there to sit us n waited there for 10min approximately n a guy working with trolley asked us if were served n we replied no, but before that there were a old couple standing waiting to pay n said they were standing there for a while too.
We went thru a grab one voucher and they grab one menu didn’t have cream brûlée’s which we came for n had made the booking a week ago. Food was good but the service was horrible. Not expected from a restaurant at the grand Mercure. Our waitress was very rude. Also while making the booking in the comments section I asked that if we could have a dessert saying happy birthday as we were there for a birthday dinner for my friend, but nothing happened at all and when we paid our bill told them how disappointing it was to be there for a birthday dinner, but no positive outcome from the staff, I genuinely think the staff there needs a good training.
