Just to confirm that this isn't valid for the breakfast buffet, but for a breakfast main each. The sample menu is the merchants current menu and has the lovely looking dishes below on offer :)

Eggs Benedict: English muffin with poached eggs, spinach, hollandaise sauce (Bacon or Mushrooms)
Omelette: Design your omelette with fresh ingredients (ham, tomato, onion, spinach, or bacon) or vegetarian option
Creamy Mushroom on Ciabatta: Two poached eggs over toasted ciabatta bread topped with creamy mushroom sauce
Pancake Stack: Three layers pancake with maple syrup, banana, berry compote and whipped cream
