All other colour packages not valid for customers not been in 5 months or more. Please contact the Vivo team directly if you are unsure if you qualify for this deal. Thanks! :)

The wording on the terms makes zero sense at all “All other colour packages not valid for customers not been in 5 months or more” so you have to have been there in the last 5 months to get this deal otherwise it’s not valid? That’s how it’s written. Pretty sure it’s meant to say it’s not valid if you HAVE been within the last 5 months. Please fix your wording so that it makes some sense and this deal can be purchased correctly.

This wording is stating that all other colour packages are not valid to a customer if they have not visited within the last 5 months. If you buy the deal it states it right there on the voucher that is ONLY valid if you have not visited in the last 5 months. The compete opposite to how you’ve worded it in the main screen and what you’ve stated twice in this discussion above. .

To clarify, the deal is valid for new clients or existing clients that haven't been to Vivo for Balayage (For example, Classic Balayage Package etc) in the last 9 months or 5 Months on all other options (Full Head of Foils etc). There is conflicting information - Wellington is in the list of regions in the description, but not in the conditions fine print.
