also can the bus do a pick up from Waiheke accommodation then return to the same accommodation rather than picking up at the ferry terminal?

I think the pick up and drop offs will depend on where you are planning to stay on Waiheke, but our friends from Batch Winery will be online soon to provide some more details on this, and the ferry for you :)

The return trip does not need to be taken on the same day. The ferry tickets we provide are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.

You can be picked up and dropped off by the Batch Bus at your accommodations on the island. The accommodations need to be accessible to the bus, some roads are a little too narrow for our 18 seat bus. Usually we can pick you up down the road if we aren't able to access the exact location. Please feel free to send us an e-mail at bookings@batchwinery.com if you have any question about the pick-up. If you do want to be picked up and dropped off at your accommodations you would be responsible for your transport to and from your accommodations.
