The conditions say -only walkable roof but ok for 2 storey houses.
I have a 2 storey house, is this an issue?

I have just purchased a Voucher for the large size house clean ($135), but when I went to make a booking ( for North Shore ) the earliest available date is 1st November. The Voucher conditions say its only valid till 12th October - so I assumed you had dates available before the deadline!
I need the gutters cleaned ASAP, so please get back to me to confirm an earlier booking date ( I have also sent you an email with this info & my mobile #)
