Geoff Hickman commented over 6 years ago. We live in a two storey unit, no foundation just double stud height. We are an end unit so only three sides with gutters. Part of the gutter is over the upper deck and easily accessible by me. although you may be willing to include it. The spouting length for three (3) side without the tech part is 26.5metres. Does this qualify for the lower rate, i.e $89?, or does the two-storey make a difference anyway.
