Lakshay: Hi Lakshay, yes it does include the garage.

Marco: Hi Marco, yes, this price includes a rats and mice treatment. We do not charge separately for treating for different pests (other than bedbugs!). Flies, mosquitos, ants, cockroaches, spiders, rats and mice are all treated for the same price. We do not charge "per animal".

The spray is dry within 1-2 hours and once dry there is no problem with anyone or pets being in the house.
