Sarah Jeffries commented over 4 years ago. How much extra would it cost to do the dining/kitchen (combined space) instead of hallway.

We are only wanting the windows and ceilings done in all rooms (ceiling has gloss paint we want to have changed to Matt ). It’s a standard 3bdrm house.

Also how much extra if we wanted to paint walls in living room kitchen/dining? These rooms have textured plaster over wallpaper.

i'm considering the 2 bed, 1 lounge and 1 hall option for $1299. My question is the rooms I want done are in a villa and the stud height is pretty high (I'm estimating 3m or 3.3m). What is the extra charge for tall rooms?

Could I drop the hallway inlieu of paying extra for the remaining spaces?

Nafeesa Ebrahim commented over 4 years ago. Hey we are currently in the middle of a renovation. We are re-insulating and gibing our bedrooms and hallway. We would like to paint the lounge over the top of the coat it already have. From a time-frame perspective, we cannot re-carpet the house without the painting being done. If we purchase this deal will you be able to accommodate us in 3 week beginning 17th June?
Also wondering if one wall of each bedroom was a different colour to the rest of the walls will this have an impact on the price?
