Emma Wallace commented over 5 years ago. Hi there, is it possible to add extras and pay online or instore? For instance, if I get a Lemon Herb Chicken salad as part of my combo can I add a boiled egg and pay additional? I can't see how.

We have had some feedback from our friends at TANK, as below :)

"You are unfortunately unable to add extras to the order, unless a customer placed the order while they were standing in-store (so that they could speak to the staff immediately before they start making the salad), and then just pay for the $2 extra over the counter.

However they can go for the 'Create-your-own salad combo' option which is found on the app just below the standard combo option. Here customers are able to choose all the ingredients for their salad. If customers go above the standard number of ingredient changes (4 salad ingredients for regular salads and 6 for vegetarian salads), there will be a final cost to pay of just the extras price. Customers could just replicate the recipe they like from the menu, and then add their own ingredients"

Zara Young commented over 5 years ago. It appears the voucher also excludes the Newmarket branch because I can't select them as an order branch. Means I won't be able to use this voucher which is a right pain.

Tracy Forester commented over 5 years ago. I'm trying to order a build your own salad and the mini juice, but when I enter the voucher, it says not within the voucher requirenemnts (or something like that).
Build your own salad is $12.90 and Juice is saying $5.60 Is that right? I'm selecting mini tank juice?

Sorry to hear you are having some issues!

You just need to make sure you are selecting the combo option, and not adding the two items separately to your cart.
